Return & Refund Policy
Our commitment to quality and safety in proton therapy component distribution.

Cuddy Proton Tech is committed to providing high-precision equipment. Due to the critical nature of medical and industrial proton therapy components, we maintain strict return protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of our supply chain.
1. Return Eligibility & Authorization
All returns must be pre-authorized. Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original, unopened manufacturer packaging.
- Factory seals and tamper-evident labels must be intact.
- The item must not have been installed, powered on, or integrated into any system.
2. Restocking Fees & Logistics
Because our equipment (such as Synchrotron Cavities and Linear Accelerators) requires specialized technical inspection upon return to verify calibration and integrity, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a specialized freight carrier with full insurance, as Cuddy Proton Tech is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Custom-manufactured components or "Special Order" parts.
- Sterile-packaged medical components where the seal has been broken.
- Software licenses or digital calibration certificates.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and passes our technical inspection (typically within 5 business days), a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, minus the applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs.
